Duty plate proof with marginal line in red set close and endorsed “THE RED TO BE MADE UP BY CUTTING THE EDGE ON THE DIVISION LEADS OF THE INNER LINE DOWN TO THE SAME PLANE AS THE LINE” with an additional 4½d as issued alongside with marginal line added in red ink.
Both dated “August 16th 92” and initialled “T.A.C.”. |
