Weisz (Stamp Dealer) depicting a Persia and a Montenegro stamp, sent registered to a stamp dealer in Canada in River John (a village in Nova Scotia), with 1892 4 1/2d green & carmine Jubilee (SG.206), reverse with London Vigo St., St. John & Amherst, St. John & Vanceboro, Oxford & Pictou and Scotsburn N.S. cds, the green colour of the stamp faded and some soiling to the top of the envelope
